Our Policies and Procedures

SHIPPING POLICY:

Once the order is placed, it will be shipped usually at the next business day, but no later than 3 business days.
We offer  free shipping via Regular Mail with average delivery time up to 14 days.  Online tracking IS NOT available for this delivery type.
Every purchase is guaranteed. If your order is not received within 14 days for Regular Mail delivery, we will reship your order at no extra charge.

*Important note: due to the new US Customs regulations if you order is shipped via certified EMS/USPS service, it may require additional quarantine time at customs and may be found non-admissible for further delivery. In such case we will reship this order via Regular Mail at no additional charge.

REFUND POLICY:

Refunds are issued in following cases:
1. For orders that have been placed but not yet shipped.
2. If you receive media that is defective and not due to any shipping damage.
